It's the same with every sport, like you can look at a guy like Michael Phelps, he literally has genes that make it so his body produces only half the lactic acid other people do (huge genetic advantage), so he can stay active for longer, then he has those big ayylmao hands (another huge genetic advantage for swimming), then he also has huge feet (size 14), he's 6'4, his wingspan is longer than his height (large frame and chest and arms), then add to that his ankle joints bend 15 degree more than normal people, and his elbow and chest joints also are more flexible than normies, and add to all this: he worked really hard through his whole life.
