Your problem is lack of consistency and probably proper training and diet as well (usually goes hand in hand). But yeah, most insane transformations are roided. Most people with a good physique are not natty. Many people you see at the gym, even the DYELs, are not natty. It has never been easier to get AAS since they were legal and you can straight up buy SARMs from the first page of google.

Not demoralizing. You can still look great natty, it'll just take a long ass time and you absolutely need to have training and diet locked in. Problem is, if you have diet and training locked in you can make mind-blowingly fast progress even on just bioidentical hormones at low doses. Like well over a year of progress in a three/four month cycle. And honestly, bioidentical hormones are pretty safe. Testosterone in particular is extremely well tolerated, even at crazy high dosages. So for the average influencer there's really no reason NOT to hop on. That being said, the vast majority of people on roids look natty and have natty levels of muscle mass.
