Good morning my anon friends!

I'm a 34-year-old, but most people who meet me assume I'm still a student or think I'm around 26 or 27 (True story). I don’t do anything special to maintain this, but I make an effort to stay healthy by following some basic guidelines, which I'll share below.

> Dont consume alcohol
> Dont do drugs
> Dont smoke
> Eat healthy balanced diet of fat,protein,veggies
> Lift at least 5x per week (I lift six time per week)
> Lift heavy
> Now obivous one is sleep at least 7 hours,because in your sleep your body regenerates.
> Do cardio
> Try not stressing to much because it can age you. For this you can do meditations,breathing exercises and affirmations or even writting diary can help a lot. But overall try to find purpose in your life,even if you are a late bloomer its never to late to start doing what you really like or want. Also it helps being intimate with someone, the touch of another person etc.

Otherwise if you really like to maintain youthfull appearance, avoid steroids at all costs. This shit can age u.
