kettleshit is an overpriced meme for women and elderly men who don't want to actually lift anything heavy. any kettleshit exercise can be done with a dumbbell with little complications, i often swing my dumbbell to warm up before lifting, but that's all it is: a warm up tool, and maybe a part of a conditioning circuit. too light for strict form exercises for all but possibly overhead pressing, which again can just be done with a dumbbell... it's legitimately a useless tool.
i've never seen a woman or a basedboy lifting a stone before because stones are the ultimate anti-fluff training implement:
>zero cost
>no social clout to be gained from lifting them
>no complicated programming or routines, just lift it
>very unforgiving to lift, no little baby handles on a stone and it will scratch your skin up
>inherently connected to nature and your ancestors
>most importantly it scares weaklings (but muh back, but muh biceps, but muh knees, but muh hernia)
only the most dedicated lifters with a genuine love for the art of lifting will ever attempt a stone lift and that is part of why it's so great.

a kettlebell will never compare to the weight of a large stone. a kettlebell is maybe 48kg at the heaviest, most likely only 32kg? a 48kg stone is baby weight, i'd say around 90kg is where it starts getting truly heavy.
