>a couple days later try another protein shake
>feels like I got punched directly in my solar plexus
>turn grey and convulsing on my bed, laying no way makes me comfortable

>1 month later
>try 1/2 scoop of protein powder with different brand (ON gold standard now, coming off of kirkland whey)
>immediately regret it 10 minutes later
>cold sweats, grey, nausea
>get over toilet and projectile vomiting for the next 4 hours
>laying under a blanket shivering for the rest of the day, can't eat anything

what the fuck happened? I've been drinking protein powder for ten years.
The only thing I can think of is I've fucked my stomach biome by drinking too much artificial sweeters, celsius, protein powder etc
