idfk man but don't be unrealistic. if you're already experiencing those symptoms, unless you win the fucking lottery and fuck a load of hot women and feel uber confident all the time and get perfect sleep and nutrition etc, it's unlikely your testosterone is going to literally double. that doesn't mean you can't improve it and it doesn't mean you can't be healthy and confident.

the good news is that you don't need to derive all your self worth from a number on a piece of paper. and yes, there is obviously a correlation between testosterone and confidence and looks and muscularity obviously, but some people have testosterone levels like yours and look great and feel confident and get girls and some people have double yours and still fail at life, mkay?

look man just don't let a number dictate all your self worth and confidence, that would not be good for your test levels

just be healthy dude, physically and mentally. improve your diet and sleep for a start.

and if you can and you have the energy and stamina and strength, work out three times a week. maybe do some cardio to keep your heart healthy and strong and get that blood flowing.
your goal should be to build that strength and stamina back up
