I could drop my time if I trained for but do all round stuff, looking to get my ohp over 100kg, at 75kg at the moment and also climb, fell walk and go in the mountains in winter.
Maybe once I press 2pl ill see about dropping my 5k but not like Im ever going to be joining the paras at my age so pretty fucking happy where I am at. Ill be pushing for endurance training going into winter for cross country skiing and thats more important than dropping my running times.
You can do 10k in 40 minutes with average genetics but its going to take a bit more than two week depending on where you are starting.
