>Ghosts?
Orthodoxy teaches about souls appearing after death—some to ask for prayers, some as warnings.
>Demons taking physical form?
Monks like St. Anthony fought demons that shapeshifted into animals, monsters, seductive forms—you name it.
>People becoming “like angels”?
Orthodoxy teaches theosis, the idea that humans can participate in God’s energies and be “gods by grace.”
>Pre-Adamic realities?
There’s serious respect among the Fathers for realities that existed before Adam—especially the angelic world and its fall.
>Monsters?
Leviathan and Behemoth are acknowledged as real creatures or forces of chaos that God tamed.
>Insane miracles?
Saints in Orthodoxy have levitated, walked through fire, commanded wild animals, raised the dead—you name it

tl;dr:
The Church isn’t missing mystery.
It’s just that Christianity treats the spiritual world seriously, not like a fantasy fandom. If you want real lore, you’re looking at it. You just have to dig deeper.
