So you're already arguing in bad faith then? 700k-1million is a collective number of men/manpower available during a conflict, not that 700k-1million is used for one particular battle from one particular side. Mustering a force of 400k troops in population of 400 million is not some amazing feat that's only achievable on paper "logistics"; that's merely 0.1% of the population. Even if you go back to the Tang dynasty (8th century) 250k(the projected size of it's professional force) is just .3% of an 80 million population.

By their own sources they "conquered" China with a collective force of over 600k most of which were from the conquered and assimilated Jin dynasty. They conquered the Jin with a coalition with the Song because their own 150k troops were nowhere near enough to take on the Jin by themselves and were routinely ass blasted by their heavy cavalry. You're literally cherry picking data to spin a narrative that's easily disproved by a simple search.
