Crown with many stars or animal with many "horns" where each star or horn symbolize a subservient king or government. Could also just straight up be the 12 parts of the Zodiac.

It's so generic though, it could be fitted onto almost anything with some mental gymnastics. Also isn't that book like 2000 years old by now, I think it's safe to assume that whatever was being prophezied has already taken place but I assume Christians would want to disagree because they're always looking forward to the "end times".
