as a fellow autist, this is a foolish thing to expect. us aspies rank low on the oppression olympics unless you go full transnigger. what you are experiencing is that you're decompressing from the lack of structure as an artist. and i totally get it, where the fuck does someone fit in such a violently competitive industry like this?
I was in a serious funk like you, as a character artist, until I bit the bullet and went to art school. if you can't afford art school then you need to hire mentors from online schools, like CGMasterAcademy or Schoolism, to give you the structure that you need. You also need to decide if you're gonna specialize in Animation, Video Games or Illustration as a Character Designer. they are similar but drastically different from one another on a professional scale.
