I would say the thing you missed is actually a paper trimmer, since that lets you print on any kind of paper without needing an oversize printer- including special art papers like watercolor, bristol or vellum.

An eraser shield also helps a lot for precision, french curves in some way allow you to replicate "vector lines" and do some rapid sweeping motions, a colorless blender xylene marker lets you transfer patterns and printouts onto other artworks, resist fluid and frisket let you mask areas, xacto knife can do texturing or corrections, and a pentel correction pen is great for "erasing" ink lines in B/W art.

All of this can be obtained slowly over the course of years and if you do commission work it's all a tax writeoff in the US.

All that said, you never get the precise correction you can do for digital, the non-destructive layering, and so on. So digital makes it "easier" in the sense that you aren't locked in to each mark made, but most people digitally correct their trad artwork anyway.
