No, I just avoid them because they're cesspits. I occasionally post something and close the tab. I only follow accounts that I genuinely like. No regrets.

You need to get out of this mindset. It's making you too anxious to either consistently practice, or enjoy what you're doing. Both of those are important to getting better.
