That's a bias, women looking like blown up dolls is not exclusive to blondes, people only think otherwise because it was made a stereotype in the past, a stereotype that doesnt hold up as well as it used to, specially outside of Murica.
Not all blondes look like dumb bimbos, there are plenty of conventionally cute ones out there. Not all non-blondes look conventionally cute either, some look like dumb bimbos too.
