Could just be a matter of them moving on from art commissions, after all, it's not really a long term job thing.

But this is really unprofessional and douchy, especially after being tipped and frequented so often.

However, if they are still doing art commissions, there could be a plethora of reasons why they'd stop taking your commissions anon, and none of them are particularly flattering for you, unfortunately (still doesn't change that they should have finished their last job for you though).
You could be far bee far too needy, or you could be rude (despite tips), or they find your commissions dull, there's any number of reasons - though it just doesn't look good for you if a business refuses to accept your money in particular.
It might be good to shoot a few of them a message to simply ask why they stopped taking your commissions in particular if this is the case; it's better to know the truth than wallow in ignorance and keep doing whatever it is you're possibly doing.
