Russian bases in Libya doesn't harm Turkey's ambitions. Russia has Black Sea bases far close to Turkey than Libya. That's Western Europe's headache, and Turkey's opportunity. Turkey would have less leverage and reason in Libya if there wasn't the specter of warlord Haftar and Russia.
