Military grade jamming involves expensive, cpu intensive networked MIMO beamforming units that realtime interfere with frequency hopping spectrum jumping.
And you need each unit to be capable of transmitting 100 watts. And you need 4 or 5 of them working together. And this gives you a tentative range on the order of 3-5km under perfect conditions.

When you hear the news headline "cheap drones" they aren't using $400 quads they're talking about 2k+, even $10k units depending on application designed, or converted, for...military use. Because a 5 mile combat radius capable of 60mph while carrying a 10 pound bomb, all with useful radio range, power, and frequency control against minor jamming isnt cheap.
