Half life of 12 years so if you actually want it to go off instead of a "fizzle" it is switched around every 10 years or so. Problem is making tritium. Russia did inheret some specialized reactors but there was some info that 2 were shut down years ago and the remaining 2 are inoperational and the other???we don't know
No way in hell all of their tritium boosted nukes work. You can use polonium/berrylium urchin or even deuterium but the yield is worse

Plutonium or U235. All of them decay but have pretty long half lives. Issue is that apperently the alpha particles somehow fuck up the crystal structure? also you need to have those cores vacuum suspended otherwise they will rust away. The number I have heard is around 80-90 years where you need o refurbish it. Can hey make more U235 and Plutonium? yeah but enough to replace all the aging cores? Nah
>conventional explosive
Both for implosion and gun type nukes you need a regular explosive. Not really worried they ouldn't be able to produce those

Whatever voodoo bullshit material it is (Some sort of aerogel/styrofoam) it is crutial if you wan't to go from an atom bomb to a hydrogen bomb (a bombs top out at 500kT ish). Somehow it reacts to X-rays and heats up super fast crushing the stuff you want to fusion.
Considering the US had to spend several million dollars to restart production because nobody knew how the fuck it was made back in the day it could be that all of their H-bombs are actully just A-bombs now? if fogbank goes bad which is hard to say if it does

you don't need a nuke you need a shit ton of nukes. Any defense sysem can be overwhelmed by just shooting more nukes at it and all you need are a couple of working ones
