Uh, no. Cute theory but don't see any evidence that 'this' is the reason why Pakis are downing Indian aircraft. If it is any one piece of hardware (unlikely) like you're claiming, that will be difficult if not impossible to prove without a protracted war with many casualties. Even then it would be difficult to distinguish the 'cause' of a kill being from radar vs actual weapons systems that caused damage, or reckless pilots/error, or reckless/mistakes in orders/tactics.
