It kind of does though. It has the same AR selector placement and mag release placement, it has a very similar non-reciprocating charging handle location, and it has a collapsible (albeit non-folding) buttstock.

If you consider the polymer receiver to be the lower, and the big metal cover/1913 rail on top to be the upper, it actually does as well.

It's an NRCH but yes, there's no evidence that it can be used to force the bcg into battery. But since Kel-tec can do it, I'd be surprised if it didn't have that feature.

Even the handguard, being a separate polymer piece with M-Lok slots is ACR-like.
