a couple of minor things that don't really matter, is he seemed to get confused between .44 henry rimfire, .44 WCF and .45-70/.45-55-405
in terms of the cartridge long guns
.44 henry rimfire was a rimfire round used in the 1860 henry rifle and 1866 winchester rifle. .44WCF or .44-40 is a centerfire round use in the 1866 winchester rifle and 1873 winchester rifle .45-70 is the round used in the trapdoor springfields the American troops would have had and they specifically would have been shooting the carbine .45-55-405 loads or .45 cal, 55 grains of black powder 405 grain lead alloy bullet. when you read black powder rounds the first number is caliber, second is grains of black powder and if there is a third number it's the bullet weight in grains.
Custard had a remington rolling block in .50-90 sharps which would have been a bigger round than the carbines the regular troops were using
It's pretty cool that they could track the individual guns as they moved around the battlefield
