The technology is feasible but you have several issues of the autoloader reliability and capacity plus vehicle stability, probably have the mortars on a base plate that gets lowered to the ground.

I think a semi-manned system is likely better where a human team emplaces the remotely aimed and autoloaded mortar then the humans move to a safe location and the mortar drone picks up and relocates after firing. This can also reduce the electromagnetic signature by running antenna wires.

The fire control director will need a data link to control the mortar. Plus the drone will likely have some fpv control rather than being fully autonomous.

Don't forget batteries/generator fuel.
