You fundamentally misunderstand Camus.
My point was more about how I find people who have read Camus in real life are often drunks and addicts of various kinds, and they use Camus and other subjective philosophies like this to justify their our degeneracy.

But we can change the choices we make within said universe, and choice to find healthier and stronger ways to live. The most important kind of rebellion is a rebellion against your own self, and everything you think you are; But if taken to the extreme people will constantly put in the work to be self critical, to the point where they don't end up developing any genuine principles or commit to any meaningful action.
My critique of Camus, is that he did not discuss thoroughly enough the development of strength and health, and that is why people often use his philosophy as a justification for indecency. Health and strength is objective, and even if we rebel against oppressive systems we have to find the strength to build something better, or more true to the act of living. It is a fixation more on the rebellion over the act of healing and growing strong.
