I think it'll run it's course. Those things usually focus on negativity for hate watching, some form of bait, or very shallow shortcuts for mass appeal. Eventually people will grow tired of being so hate focused. And they'll learn that what has value can't be obtained with shortcuts

I look at it like the interconnectivity of today. Basically we have maximized the breadth of the collective subconscious. This is like the cultural consciousness of some given community. But now it's been globalized and largely homogenized. It makes sense that the state of this collective consciousness would be as shallow as possible immediately after it obtained it's maximum breadth. And now it will start the process of deepening. It's basically a child right now, but it's growing.

There's already a pipeline on the internet. People eventually realize the real world is what's worth it. And hitting the dopamine treadmill feels pretty fuckin awful. That some people can't be reasoned with, and they need to figure it out of themselves. Over time this number increases, and the process accelerates as it streamlines.

It's also the growth of an individuals identity which is largely constructed by making a choice between a contradiction, left/right, or whatever. And then saying the contradiction doesn't exist because I am the one side of it. But that's not how it works. The contradiction is the reality, and the identities people construct are a figment of their imagination. For me, we are all divinely crafted tools with a specific purpose. If you strip away the identity, you're left with an immutable core, and some ephemeral purpose for which we were made

In terms of action? Make art that is so palpably true the very sight of it demonstrates forever that what is considered the dominant uni culture of today, in its full mass adoption, is merely one side of a coin. And the other side of that coin is the real culture. The one that captures every facet of life, a life unafraid of death, a life that knows it cannot be lived without death. Art containing every aspect of existence within itself unapologetically
