You seem to view people as automatons created by God, who God innocently sorts into different categories based on their level of brokenness

If this is how you view your fellow man then you need to seek help, or at the very least take a long hard look at what it is you think Christ was saying

That last sentence is my point - "[they] still choose wickedness ****because they were created evil****"

Would they have chosen evil if God did not create them evil? If they would not, then their actions as much God's fault as theirs.

Not only would this mean that God actively creates evil (think long and hard before you sign up to that idea), but it means he creates some of his children a certain way to torture them eternally, which is frankly horrifying

Your vision of God is tyrannical, I wish you the best but please try to squeeze a little love for your neighbor (and for God) out of your Gospel reading. It's good news, not torture porn.
