Good questions. I built mental blocks to prevent too much interference between the web and my own mind. Internet communication is like spoken word or reading a book, it's the substance that counts. It can be positive or negative on your force de caractère but overall social media is a form of illusory vanity which should be avoided. Honesty with yourself, with the world around you, and with God is key.
Building the subtle body requires daily rituals, eating healthy, exercise, piety, good deeds, and a healthy mind.
