Go to a travel agent and ask for a cheap package deal to Vagas, probably the cheapest major destination in the US. When some friends and I went on whim it was $750 for airfare and a hotel room on the strip for 4 nights including the buffet which covered most of our food. Casino's subsidize the fuck out of it all because they know most of those people will blow a pile of cash in the casino and on shows, etc. You can get away with a great deal on the strip without being arrested, almost no cops considering the number of people so they only deal with the big stuff, mostly casino security and their preference is just to kick you out.
