I love Tomino's multiple reactions when he found out about Hathaway's Flash getting an anime adaption. If I had to summarize all his interviews together it would be like:

I also loved how Tomino responded when asked about the politics of HF novel. He said something close to:

Imagine if you wrote a fanfiction story 35 years ago in your spare time for fun. Just something to let off steam and be creative and kill random characters. It's not something you are particularly proud of, but then Bandai says they want to adapt it. I would definitely be surprised and a little embarrassed they chose it. I would have pushed Bandai to adapt something else instead like Gaia Gear.

Personally...I don't even know how Unicorn's story squares with Hathaway's Flash. They are way too different to co-exist. Unicorn is optimistic and ended on hopeful note. Then suddenly Hathaway's Flash is dark and depressing. How does that work? Is Banagher sitting around letting Mafty murder people?
