I conceded that point already but unlike with SEED the Turn A going out wrecking things isnt the only thing that happens, which makes for a substantial difference. The nuance is that Turn A isnt naive enough to advocate for pure pacifism or resistance through non-violent protest, and this is why the Gundam deals with the problems that cant be solved with dialogue while Dianna and Kihel solve the ones that can. All attempts at negotiation and persuasion in SEED fail unless they happen between close friends like Kira, Athrun and Lacus because the only thing they can manage is sanctimonious lecturing; so every single scene that has them cutting into someone elses conflict just ends with them wrecking things because they cant come up with practical compromises like Dianna and Kihel do. Its very much like if Turn A only had Loran with Dianna/Kihel absent, which would be substantially worse, but thankfully that isnt the case.

You fall for propaganda. Ethnic and religious aspects of a conflict are usually more or less pretenses to justify subjugation and oppression of the one side which is highly profitable for the other. Its profitable to treat people as second class citizens, deny them government services, dispossess them of their property and exploit them with slave labor.
Of course that doesnt mean no one believes in the superiority of their race or religion, but that motive is usually secondary or a psychological justification for their cruelty. Colonizers genocide natives so they can take possession of their land, slave owners make sure their subjects are treated as subhumans so they can keep profiting from their labor, heretics are purged because they threaten the hegemony of another faction of the church.
