Cannot agree with this. Maybe you can say the shots of talking heads on the bridge are stilted but compared to its cotemporaries Zeta's action scenes are clear and easy to follow. Episode 17's MK 2 vs Psycho Gundam fight for example has a good set piece with the city, each shot has a action that leans into the next and what is going on is understandable to the eyes. SPT Layzners first episode's action is a fucking mess in comparision. Look at the scene of the fighter jets getting shot down

This is a issue with Tomino shows but Zeta isn't that guilty of it. Reccoa "muh imma woman" shit is the most esoteric it gets. Dunbine episode 1 is hard to follow. Zeta's narrative and character arcs are literally explained to the viewer. People don't understand Kamille's character even when he spills his guts out to Four.

How so? Haman is only because of ZZ if anything. Char's character is handled pretty well i'd say. Bask got what he deserved and I can't really see what else you wanted from him.
