Short answer: No
Long answer: It seems like sweeping deletions from many publishers and we don't know exactly who, Shueisha is clearly the big one, exact numbers are basically impossible since so much stuff is nuked, ranged from things with official releases, things with no official releases, things with only three chapters translated, and stuff in other languages.

Heavily dependent. Any group worth their salt still has their stuff, also basically anything uploaded prior to this is almost 100% scraped and uploaded to one of the hundreds of Chinese scraping websites. Also lots of the stuff is on nyaa or elsewhere. There are definitely groups though that were ONLY every uploading to Mangadex, in that case it's probably bad news if scrapers didn't snag it.
