Is still in an active combat role, however he was a pretty even match for Char whem he was using the upgraded Kikeroga so i can't imagine him doing too well. Plus that guy is always teetering on the edge of suicide.

In Gquuuuuux's events she's still probably simply a retainer for the high ranking members of Zeon, her mind hasn't been hardened by having to survive in the asteroid belt while leading Zeon by herself. Regular Haman had trouble dealing with Scirocco's mental dominance, so a softened version of her would definitely fair worse
>Sayla
She's a worse pilot than Char but i think her headstrong nature would be able to resist Scirocco's charisma. Scirocco would have to depose or kill her rather than controlling her
>Judau
He's probably still a junk peddler, since Kamille wasn't there to awaken him
>Xavier
Provided he actually grows beyond his current state now that Kycillia is gone he may have a minor chance, if he's steadfastly loyal to Sayla's Zeon chances are Scirocco would decide to dispose of him instead of attempting to use him
