Elon isn't the only person to have access to that data, I would bet it's accessed daily by Treasury department employees as part of their job. What you are trying to do is cast doubt on Elon musk as if he stands something to gain by stealing someone's identity.
There is not a single identity in the world worth more than Elon himself. What would he his reasoning for taking someone else's identity? You will probably just repeat some rubbish about him wanting to steal from everyone.
I have a different perspective for you. Elon is *massively* invested in the United states. If it fails, all of his businesses fail. He becomes worthless. It is literally in his best interest to reduce as much fraud and waste in the government as possible to ensure it's long term stability, he has nearly zero incentive to steal the identity of anyone when there is 100% chance that person is not just kinda poorer than him, but unimaginably poorer.

He has no reason to steal your grannies social security check, and he has every reason to try to ensure the long term stability of the United states
