Said nobody ever. At most all has been said is the president can't prosecute themself. But judges have the power to appoint special prosecutors the same as special masters. It's just incredibly rarely called upon. Also, again, judges have guys with guns.

Yes, and? Surely that would be closer to a coup than an arrest and imprisonment. Trump or his staffers would in theory still retain their positions from prison. Judges can't impeach anyone.
