An open border doesn't involve an app, dipshit. An open border is when you can just come into the country with no obstruction, no checking of who you are and your business in the country, no limits on why you are coming and how long you can remain, etc. It's just an open border. It doesn't fucking involve anything. You can just freely come and go, be it for a day trip or to immigrate, no questions asked.

If you're trying to define an open border as something else, you're just describing a fucking border, a thing every country has i.e. you are fucking lying.

The app you're referring to was for people applying for refugee status to keep up with their court dates while their asylum claims were litigated (and it increased attendance rates, an objectively good thing which cut down on illegal immigration). It had fuck all to do with the border and was only used by people in this fucking country already. God you're a dumbass.
