1. As I JUST FUCKING POINTED OUT, FEMA isn't the people you donate to directly. They don't need donations, they already have the shit. This is like trying to donate clothes to a fucking Target; they don't need them because they already have their own stock. FEMA isn't going to take donations, they'll direct you to the actual charity/volunteer orgs that do. You try to forcibly bring them shit on site, now they have to spend additional manpower getting it to those orgs for them to look over and distribute because your retarded ass can't read if they don't just tell you to leave.
2. You can't just amass random volunteers to clear roads. It's dangerous and they don't know if everyone there knows what they're doing. Especially if say, the actual stability of the road itself is compromised and now it's no longer safe for trucks to go on.
3. FEMA is perfectly fine with private trucks delivering supplies... IF they actually fucking registered with them first so they can coordinate. If you just try to drive right into a hurricane ravaged state with a truck they're obviously gonna fucking stop you like they would any other car trying to go down what's effectively a closed road.

Also, I'm pretty sure you're lying about all of this anyway. And just in case, so you know, threatening the main people trying to fix your state is a retarded idea anyways.
