sorry your new to me jetta had an issue some cunt didn't fix and got passed down to you, but it's a bit of a nothingburger. there's barely any chatter on forums because anyone that didn't just get this sorted immediately after the notice was issued would have just shown the bulliten and had it sorted at the dealership (for free) in comparison to actual mk6/07k nonsense (e.g. vacuum pump failures, pcv leaks, eating control arm and pendulum mount bushings)
