I think that's the United States Postal Inspection Service. You'd be surprised which agencies have their own special-forces/SWAT analogues.

The most famous raid was Equifax and their preference to send using FedEx. The USPIS blew open the doors to their office and said the USPS has a monopoly on letter mail and they'd better fix that mistake yesterday.

Department of Energy has their own literal special forces whose only job is to guard nuclear cargo in transit. They are supposedly trained to shoot and kill anyone who gets in their way, no questions asked.

Department of the Treasury has an entire glownigger branch whose only job is to trace money and they've gotten good at tracing every last cent of any currency because of the decades in the Middle East.
