Hell yeah. I'm a fellow retard that wants to own a last year Eldorado ETC before I die, but that means getting stuck with arguably the worst years of Northstar (Y2Kish).
Lucky for you, even if you've got a hardon for that body style of Deville for some reason, they built that style until 2004, before the DTS replaced it. I believe it's 2003, more likely 2004 that's the year where the motors were more "bulletproofed" from the factory.
You could probably search and find specific vin/build dates for those, but tl;dr don't buy it, get a regular Deville/DHS/DTS that's been babied by some grandpa, or if you're more inclined to own a limo for whatever reason just get a Lincoln or older Cadillac that's body on frame.
