and the most infuriating thing is, we KNOW how to ACTUALLY make a dent in whatever pollution actually remains.
we need legislation that forces the installation of power outlets in apartment building garages. that's what is preventing further adoption of EVs: all the people who live in apartments and therefore can't charge at home, and therefore can't buy a used model 3 for < 20k. which applies mostly to cities, which is where ICE pollution is most intense, and where EVs are most well-suited.
