This is college retard behavior. Environments were meant to shift and change over time, by preventing that shift you're creating further problems down the road. For one thing, the desert is just fine the way it is, and life still thrives in desert environments, granted it's a different kind of enviroment most humans don't enjoy. It's even more absurd when you realize the kind of industrialization needed to do these things in the first place, such as the kinds of structures and contrivances needed to prevent flooding.
They aren't preserving the enviroment, they are preserving the cities and the world as they would like it to be, and this hubris is the most destructive force on earth. If you really want to save the enviroment you'd tear down the cities, let flooding happen where it will, and adapt to live with the changes of nature rather then trying to control everything. Most people need to die, and if it is a question of what I'm doing, I'm contributing to reducing the one common cause for all environmental degradation; Humans, mainly jews.

If you really want to save the enviroment, then maybe stop allowing BLM to make 75+Million Dollar land deals, in which they sell the very environments they're supposed to protect.
Every college educated environmentalist is without exception a moron, whether they poison water supplies or engage in some kind of terraforming to protect the cities. They are paid for and funded by the same government and corporations who exploit the land, and nobody questions them because of their occupation and there "Education."
These people, when they see the fallout of their actions, should have the dignity to kill themselves.
