I can't save for anything when rent and bills financially wipe me out every month. I had a crappy car I was trying to transition out of, to save up for a better one, when the City came by, slammed a a derelict vehicle sticker on it and towed it within a week because it was sitting, unused in our drive-way.
That cost me all the money I was saving for a new one.
Then my father yelled and screamed at me, saying it's bullshit and "making excuses" that I was saving up for a truck that could get to more places than just down the street.

He literally, twice, forced me to this cheap, junkyard and made me by a $2000 vehicle that, now, broke down 4 months after we bought it and I've been without a functioning vehicle for 4 years again.

That's where I'm at.
The other human beings around sabotaged my efforts to get something better. None of them will ever help me get anything better, just more "fixer uppers" that are "cheap" because "that's a good car".... you know, one that doesn't even move.
