Any older lab should still have their APS shit around, it's actually super easy to process. Don't take it to some hipsters with a JOBO; all they know is running portra 400 through an nlp plugin for tonesssss.
If it's Kodak film you'll want to overexpose the fuck out of it. If your film is that Advantix 200, shoot it at 50-80ISO for best results.
The biggest limitations of many aps cameras is that they're designed for brainless turbo normies, so most won't have ISO or exposure comp controls, and because all of the film is 20yo it needs shitloads of overexposure to look ok.
If you can get the camera to expose right, then it's likely that a menelta kit zoom will also be total dogshit, so don't expect miracles sharpness-wise.
Finally, your photos will look like you took them with a samsung phone because of the meme 4:7 aspect ratio.
Pic related is a dream scenario; you've got well-kept film, in a camera you can actually drive yourself, with a very good lense on it, and you took a sharp photo, and you were able to scan it yourself with a modern camera at high res.
