Look, I'm no psyciatrist, but I have smoked good looking budz oplenty. I can say that it is psycoactive because I have experienced it, you cannot tell me I have not. It is a depressant, and depressed people like me seek out being depressed, thus the addictive nature. Is that not a psycoactive effect?
Also I would never, ever take adderall to get to the point that weed does. Two different tools for two different jobs, you don't have to have experienced either to knpw that, so what are you on about?
