Don't let pigmentation fool you. I once saw a Mexican mestizo woman who looked like that. Not too long ago I came across a Moroccan speaking Arabic on the phone who had blond hair and green eyes. And I can't really say I speak for every single person here, but from what I've heard, if you're not of full European descent you'll kinda always be seen as a foreigner here. Now, discrimination isn't prevalent (we're actually pretty damn liberal, especially when compared to Portugal), so it's not like you'll be looked at weird or have people whisper under their breath, but I doubt you'll be seen the same as a native Spaniard. Perhaps you'll have an easier time blending in, but the moment you open your mouth people start asking questions.
