Well not directly. I mean sure there is the knowhow to, but the facilities are not directly capable.
In fact that is the very reason why the very useful breeder reactors that can be used to recycle "spent" nuclear material are frowned upon because its those type of reactors that can be used to enrich uranium to make nuclear weapons.
Regular PWR power plant tech cant be used for that.
"spent" in quotes because the current way of using the nuclear material actually leaves ~98% of the energy still in there so imo its kinda ridiculous to call it "spent" when you basically just scratched the surface of the energy potential and you're already throwing it away.
Currently though uranium being abundant and breeder reactors being complex to maintain, its actually cheaper to just use the ~2%, not recycle it and just throw it away.
Currently only France and Japan are actually recycling their nuclear "waste" and reusing it.
