No. One male can impregnate many women. Many women dead, means less people overall. Once the conflict is over, you can bet there will be a baby boom in Ukraine and Russia. Unfortunately, Ukraine let so many of its women emigrate elsewhere, that many are getting comfortable not living in Ukraine. If there was a full draft of Ukrainian women, the Eastern half of the country would become insanely depopulated and the UA/SBU doesn't have the means to keep the majority of women there if they fled in droves. What are they going to do? Shoot a bunch of terrified women fleeing a country that wants to send them to the meat grinder by force? That's not just bad optics, that's literally the worst optics. The women might be in for a bit of a rape on their way out, but they'd pay that price gladly to get away from this new horror of modern warfare. People don't realize just how terrifying a modern battlefield with scant air support and women are skittish creatures. Adaptable but, skittish nonetheless.

If they tried it, it would have to be so gradual as to go unnoticed but, it'd become pretty clear when the frontlines are basically 50-50, or even 80-20 women to men and we start getting propaganda vids of Ukrainian women being treated well in captivity...While the vast majority are getting division-level trains run on them before getting a bullet to the head. Meanwhile, the internet would flood with vids of war trophies getting the Bonnie Blue treatment

It would honestly be a bigger boost to Russian morale and long-term logistics as many women would probably surrender in exchange for being sent to Russia where they wouldn't be killed. And they'd probably get impregnated by Russian men, ensuring Russia has bigger demographic potential in the long run.

Ukraine had better think twice about this...
