In England and Australia, this isn't an issue. They happen to be black, but are part of the greater culture. They don't drag each other down or keep complaining about injustices that happened centuries ago.

Funny thing is the solution is slow integration and forcing black people to live in areas where they can't congregate and have to act like their neighbors.
An example of this is black people in the southwest (which has a low population of black people) are Not like the rest of the US. They are usually business professionals and have good senses of humor, but it helps when you have a latina gf and not a bunch of ghetto niggers telling you that you aint black cause you annunciate words properly.
