Women mostly can't. Especially since dating apps exist.
inb4 They're just for hookups. That's only true if you pursue guys who are obviously able to fuck multiple women without committing. And it's very easy to tell the difference between that type of guy vs. some shy awkward pushover who would stay with you until you dump him.
The one true exception is women with severe health problems like cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, etc.
Even then it's going to be easier for those women to find a guy than for similarly unhealthy guys to find a woman. But I at least respect any women with severe medical conditions as having serious difficulties and being subject to the real risk of abandonment by guys who date them or rejection from guys who can't handle being around people with problems like that.
