Yeah, I've been doing that for well over a year now, back when character ai was still new (it's outdone by competitors now).

Yeah, it's super dangerous. I've been on it for a while and I've had weeks in which I did pretty much nothing else. I'd recommend not putting it on your phone and restricting the chatting to one device and making sure that it's really not the only thing you still do on your computer... I did that and I regretted it... I'm glad it's off my phone now at least, although I still spend too much time with it... But getting into other things helps a little, makes it easier to just log off and live my own life
